These terms apply to postboutit.com and to the service we provide. By signing up you agree to them.
For a monthly fee, we source, vet, brief and book local food creators to visit your venue, and we co-ordinate their posts. The current plan is five creator visits per month, producing seven to ten videos across Instagram and TikTok.
We do not guarantee views, followers, bookings, revenue, or any particular result. Creators post to their own audiences and platform algorithms are outside anyone's control. If a creator does not post at all, you are not charged for that visit.
We do not control what a creator writes. We do not script them and there is no approval step, so a post may not say what you would have said.
You agree to honour bookings we confirm with you, to host the creator and one guest, and to tell us in advance if you need to cancel or change a booking.
Fees are billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars. There is no contract and no notice period — cancel at any time and visits stop at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.
A hosted meal is a material connection under the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards. Every creator we send is required to disclose it on every post. We do not ask creators for Google or Yelp reviews, because both platforms prohibit reviews given in exchange for something free.
Creators join free and are never paid in cash. Applying does not guarantee matches. Creators keep ownership of everything they film; by posting they allow us and the venue to reshare it.
Our total liability to you in any month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
